How it works
During arousal, nitric oxide raises cGMP in penile tissue, relaxing muscle and increasing blood flow. The enzyme PDE5 breaks down cGMP. Sildenafil blocks PDE5, so cGMP lasts longer and an erection can be maintained. Without sexual stimulation the nitric oxide signal is weak, so the jelly will not force an erection.
Take one sachet about 30–60 minutes before sex, or as your clinician advises. Do not exceed one 100 mg dose in 24 hours. Avoid heavy, high-fat meals immediately beforehand if you want a more predictable onset. Never combine with other ED medicines unless a doctor says so.
Do not use with nitrates (GTN spray, isosorbide) or riociguat — blood pressure can collapse. Use caution with alpha-blockers, strong CYP3A4 inhibitors, recent stroke or heart attack, unstable angina, severe liver disease, and retinitis pigmentosa. Stop and get emergency help for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism). Not for women, children, or recreational use.
