By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the delivery address is in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or New Zealand, and that you will use products only as a healthcare professional directs.

Catalog copy is general information, not a consultation. Import, possession and prescription rules are yours to follow. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears to breach those rules.

Title passes when the carrier scans the parcel. Transit times are estimates. Cold-chain claims are not made unless a product page says otherwise.

Refunds for unopened, unexpired goods may be considered if you contact us before dispatch or if the parcel is proven lost. Opened medicines cannot be restocked.
