How it works
Sildenafil blocks PDE5 so cGMP lasts longer in penile tissue after arousal, supporting an erection. Dapoxetine raises serotonin signalling that helps some men delay ejaculation. Neither ingredient creates desire on its own, and sildenafil still needs sexual stimulation.
Take one sachet as your prescriber directs, usually 30–60 minutes before sex. Do not combine with other ED or PE medicines unless a doctor says so. Do not exceed the labelled daily maximum.
